    • Repairs and replacements for motor and electrical components are covered
    • Manufacturing defects are completely covered
    • Quick access to our technical experts via WhatsApp or call
    • Free one side pickup or delivery at your doorstep
    • User accessories like Pressing assembly, Cleaning brush, Power Cord and Hand gloves are not covered under warranty
    • Damage caused by misuse of machine is not covered under the warranty; misuse includes neglecting instructions given in user manual and mentioned in the safety precautions of the machines
    • Using not suitable oilseeds can damage the machine, which will not be covered under the warranty

  • Extended Warranty by CIBOFRESCO Care+

    With CIBOFRESCO Care+ extended warranty; you can extend the one-year manufacturer’s warranty protection by +1 years. You will enjoy the same level of protection as during the manufacturer’s warranty.

    So, if you purchase a machine with 1 years of extended warranty, you can enjoy peace of mind for two years from the date of purchase!

    You can add an extended warranty by CIBOFRESCO Care+ while purchasing a Oil Extractor Machine, or if you’re an existing customer, you can buy an extended warranty on this page.

Repair Service Process at your door step

  • Raise A Ticket

    Contact us via support chat on the website and App or email us at support@cibofresco.in or contact us on our Service helpline number +91 73997 73998 with your UIN (Unique Identification Number)

  • Online Support

    Our experts will contact you to diagnose the issue. Minimal service issues can be fixed remotely on a video call scheduled according to your convenience. In case of a hardware issue, we will send you the return label within 24-48 hrs.

  • Pick-Up

    You just have to print the label, pack Cibofresco Home Oil Maker in the original box, and pick up will be arranged.

  • Delivered

    Once your oil extractor is picked up, we will repair the unit for you and it will be delivered within 4 - 10 days.

Warranty Activation

Every machine comes with a Unique Identification Number (UIN). This UIN appears below the QR Code behind the machine and on the manual as well. You require UIN to register your warranty on the website. The Warranty is activated only when you register your Home Oil Maker on the website.
